This was not an original recipe from me, got it out of a local fundraiser cookbook years ago, delicious! Easiest fudge I have ever made, and delicious. Everyone we know ask me to make it for them now. A lot of people want a box of it for Christmas, so saves me money too! :)
1In a Large Saucepan, combine Sugar, Evaporated Milk and Vanilla.
2Bring to a boil, and cook approximately 4 minutes, stirring CONSTANTLY! Very important, otherwise, it will not set, or be too dry.
3Remove from heat. Add Chocolate Chips, marshmallows and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. It starts setting quickly, so is a little hard to stir, if you can see some bits of marshmallow, it is no big deal. Makes it look pretty anyway. :)
