These White chocolate rum balls are a new twist on ones I've tried here before. I used Graham crackers and added white chocolate liqueur to the rum to sweeten the deal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate liqueur

How To Make white chocolate rum balls

  • Step 1
Mix crushed crackers and sifted sugar together with honey and liquors. Should be able to knead it without it sticking to your hands but still somewhat sticky. Add crackers if too sticky or a bit more honey if too dry. You can always drip a bit of rum in there too. Roll into balls about the size of a Walnut and then roll them in powdered sugar, Graham crackers, cocoa or nuts. Any thing that will coat them works, crushed vanilla wafers are great too. Store in airtight containers in the fridge. Let them sit for a week or two for maximum benefit because they get stronger as they age.
