1 cup butter
8 ounces velveeta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

How To Make unbelievable fudge

Step 1

Melt butter and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. Take off heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over sugar and cocoa that has been blended together. Mix quickly. Spread in buttered 9x13 pan. Press in nuts. Let set 2 hours. Cut into squares.
