3/4 cunsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4 clight brown sugar
14chocoloate or cinnamon graham crackers
1/4 tspcoarse salt
1 cchopped pecans
20small chocolate mint candies, chopped
How to Make Toffee Crack
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper. I prefer the foil.
- Place the graham crackers, either chocolate or cinnamon, face down on the cookie sheet with the sides touching.
- Put the cookie sheet in the oven for about 8 minutes. It should be bubbling all over. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 4 minutes. Then sprinkle with the chopped pecans and candy bits. Let it cool completely, and refrigerate if necessary. Then break it into pieces and watch it disappear!
