2 c
2/3 c
evaporated milk
7 oz
marshmallow cream (1 jar)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3/4 c
2 c
morsels (see step #8 below)
1 1/2 c
crushed mix-ins (see step #8 below)

1Line a 13x9 pan with foil & butter foil.
2Combine sugar, butter & milk in med saucepan; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
3Boil & stir consistently for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
4Stir in morsels, crème, & vanilla. Stir until completely blended.
5Add ½ cup crushed *mix-in*, Stir again and pour into prepared pan.
6Sprinkle remaining 1 Cup of crushed *mix-in* evenly over top of fudge and gently press down to “set” into top.
7Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm and cold. Lift foil from pan and remove from sides and bottom of fudge. Cut to desired size.
8*Mix-in* ideas:
White Chocolate morsels + Crushed Oreos = Oreo Fudge

White Chocolate morsels + Crushed Berry Burst Ice Cream Oreos = Strawberries & Cream Oreo Fudge

Peanut Butter morsels + Crushed Butterfingers = Butterfinger Fudge

Milk or Dark Chocolate morsels + Crushed Glazed Pecans = Praline Fudge

Milk or Dark Chocolate morsels + Heath Toffee Bits = Heath Toffee Fudge

You can omit the crushed *mix-in* for a straight chocolate fudge, or use chocolate & peanut butter or dark chocolate & white chocolate (made separately at the same time) and swirl them together! :)
