I really have a hard time making fudge but this one is easy.

4 c
granulated sugar
1 c
1/2 c
butter, salted or unsalted
1 tsp
vanilla extract
25 large
2 c
milk chocolate chips
2 c
semi sweet chocolate chips
2 oz
unsweetened baking chocolate
1 c
chopped nuts, optional

How to Make Three Chocolate Fudge


  • 1Put the first four ingredients into a heavy pan and bring to a full boil.

    Boil 5 minutes.
  • 2Take off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Refrigerate until set. Once it is set you do not need to keep it in the fridge. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  • 3I wonder if it would be good with 1/2 cup of peanut butter substituted for the 1/2 cup of the butter.
