~ tastee peanut butter fudge ~

I love trying new fudge recipes. My best friend shared this easy recipe with me. I added the addition of cream. This recipe was too easy to pass up. Great peanut butter taste and minus that marshmallow fluff! Give it a try, you'll be surprised how easy this fudge is.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup each - milk and heavy cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or creamy
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make ~ tastee peanut butter fudge ~

  • Step 1
    Grease an 8 inch square dish. Measure out peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Set aside. Combine the sugar, milk and cream in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Stir the mixture just until sugar is melted.
  • Step 2
    When the mixture comes to a full boil, start timing 2 1/2 minutes. Do not stir.
  • Step 3
    Remove pot from heat and stir in the salt, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until peanut butter is melted, about 1 minute. Spread into prepared dish. Cool & cut into desired size squares.
