Ingredients

  • 1
    18 oz jar of peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    softened margarine
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar replacement (see recipe below)
  • 1
    12 oz semi-sweet choc chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    parafin wax
  • POWDERED SUGAR REPLACEMENT

  • 2 c
    nonfat milk--dry
  • 2 c
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    splenda

How to Make Sugar Free Buckeye Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. To make powdered sugar replacement just mix together the ingredients for the powdered sugar replacement.
  2. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate and wax. Form mixture into balls. Chill. Mix choc and paraffin together in top of double boiler. Using a toothpick Dip balls into choc. Place on lined pan and chill in fridge
