Ingredients For soda cracker toffee

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2-3
    rolls unsalted crackers
  • 1 1/2 c
    walnuts chopped

How To Make soda cracker toffee

  • 1
    in a med. pot put butter and sugar bring to a boil, cook about 1 minute, stirring constantely to prevent scorching.

    line a baking sheet with heavy foil, that has been buttered well.break up crackers and arrange on foil

    pour hot liquid over crackers. spread evenly.bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

    sprinkle chocolate chips over , then sprinkle nuts over the top pressing them into the chocolate.

    let cool then break into pieces.
