I found this recipe on food.com and thought it would be worth a try. Hope you like it. We do and it is so easy.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup splenda for baking
  • 2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups marshmallows, mini
  • 11/2 cups milk chocolate chips or your favorite flavor
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make sensibly delicious fudge

  • Step 1
    Line an 8 inch baking pan with foil.
  • Step 2
    Combine Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    Boil stirring constantly for 4 - 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Stir in marshmallows. Stir until melted. Then stir in flavored chips, stir until melted followed by nuts.
  • Step 5
    Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Step 6
    Lift foil from pan, cut into 25 pieces and serve.
