How to Make Ritz Candy

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 & Generously coat baking sheet with PAM.
  2. Lay Crackers on a Baking sheet
  3. Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with 1 cup sugar.
  4. Pour butter mixture over crackers.
  5. Bake at 350 for 2-3 minutes until bubbly
  6. Take out pan & sprinkle chocolate morsels over crackers.
  7. Put back in oven for 1 minute.
  8. Take out of oven and spread chocolate to completely cover crackers.
  9. Freeze & just prior to serving break apart into pieces.
