Really easy and delicious candy recipe that's perfect for holiday goodie bags or parties!

Ingredients

  • - pam/cooking spray
  • - ritz crackers (enough to cover large baking sheet)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups chocolate chips

How To Make ritz candy

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 & Generously coat baking sheet with PAM.
  • Step 2
    Lay Crackers on a Baking sheet
  • Step 3
    Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with 1 cup sugar.
  • Step 4
    Pour butter mixture over crackers.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 2-3 minutes until bubbly
  • Step 6
    Take out pan & sprinkle chocolate morsels over crackers.
  • Step 7
    Put back in oven for 1 minute.
  • Step 8
    Take out of oven and spread chocolate to completely cover crackers.
  • Step 9
    Freeze & just prior to serving break apart into pieces.
