I found this recipe in Goose Berry Patch cookbook.. Its a cookies wrap recipes.. Every year i particapate in a Cookie Swp Goodie Exchange.. Every year I try to make something different and i came acroos these and fall in love..

Ingredients

60 - 1-inch miniature paper baking cups
9 - 1-oz white baking chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter, divided
8 - 1-oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

How To Make prize-winning peanut bar cups

Step 1

Arrange baking cups in a jelly-roll pan; set aside. Melt white chocolate and 3/4 cup peanut butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat., stirring consantly; spoon into baking cup.

Step 2

Refrigerate for 10 miutes. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and remaining peanut butter in a heavy saucepan ove low heat, stirring consantly; spoon on top of white chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts; refrigeerate overnight.
