4squars unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cunseasoned pinto beans ( homemade or caned) drained
1 1/4 cmargarine
2 1/2 lbpowdered sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Pinto Bean Fudge
- melt chocolate and butter, mash the beans and add to the mixture, and mix well.
- add vanilla, slowly add the powdered sugar and mix well.
- pour into a buttered 9x13" pan , put into the refrigerator until set, about one hour, cut into squars . ( this should be kept in the refrigerator because of the beans)
