When trying to make a hot fudge sauce for my husband, I discovered the mixture also made great fudge. Nuts, raisins and marshmallows could also be added.

Ingredients

12 ounces light cocoa wilton candy melts
12 ounces dark cocoa wilton candy melts
14 ounces can of sweetened condensed milk

How To Make perfect chocolate fudge

Step 1

Mix ingredients and melt in a double boiler. Do not over mix.

Step 2

Pour into an 8x8" pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Step 3

When at room temperature cut into squares. Store in airtight container.
