I make this for Christmas gifts because it is so easy and kids love being able to help break candy canes. I have friends who come into town to see their family and make sure I know when I can bring theirs.

Ingredients
- PEPPERMINT BARK
- 1 package almond bark
- 1 package natural peppermint oil candy canes, crushed
How To Make peppermint bark

Step 1In a microwave safe bowl, melt almond bark in microwave according to package directions.

Step 2When bark is melted smooth, pour crushed candy canes into bark and stir.

Step 3Pour bark onto wax paper lined baking sheet to cool. When firm, break into bite-size pieces and store in airtight containers.
