Ingredients
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- - granulated sugar
How To Make pecan bourbon balls

Step 1Sift sugar and cocoa together and combine with wafers, orange peel and 1 cup of nuts. Toss well to blend ingredients.

Step 2Add corn syrup and Bourbon. Mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls (about 1 inch each). Roll in nuts and remaining sugar.
