Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

How To Make peanut milk candy (pastillas de mani)

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until a sold mass is formed.
  • Step 2
    Transfer to a sugared board and spread the mixture with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape 1/2 inch thick.
  • Step 3
    Cut into 1/2 x 2-inch-long pieces. Wrap individually in tissue paper if desired.
