Ingredients
- 1 cup ground unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
How To Make peanut milk candy (pastillas de mani)

Step 1Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until a sold mass is formed.

Step 2Transfer to a sugared board and spread the mixture with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3Cut into 1/2 x 2-inch-long pieces. Wrap individually in tissue paper if desired.
