I have to confess I haven't made these, mom always made them, I just remember them to be very tasty, so will be adding them and if you try them before I do let me know how they worked out for you. I will make them really I will.

  • 1 c
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 stick
  • 1/4 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c
  • 3
    baking chocolate, semi-sweet (squares)

How to Make Peanut Clusters


  1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper, mix sugar,cream and butter in a microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 2 or 3 minutes or until boiling, stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients mix well, Drop by tablespoon fulls on the cookie sheet, cool for about one hour in fridge. ENJOY
