I have to confess I haven't made these, mom always made them, I just remember them to be very tasty, so will be adding them and if you try them before I do let me know how they worked out for you. I will make them really I will.

1/3 c
1 stick
1/4 c
peanut butter, crunchy
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
quick cooking oats
1/2 c
baking chocolate, semi-sweet (squares)

How to Make Peanut Clusters


  • 1Line cookie sheet with wax paper, mix sugar,cream and butter in a microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 2 or 3 minutes or until boiling, stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well blended.
  • 2Stir in the rest of the ingredients mix well, Drop by tablespoon fulls on the cookie sheet, cool for about one hour in fridge. ENJOY
