Ingredients
- 2 cups butterscotch chips, (10 oz bag)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 bag mini marshmallows, rainbow or white, (10 oz bag)
How To Make peanut butter marshmallow squares

Step 1Grease a 8x8 baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Step 2In a medium suacepan on medium low heat, add the butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips.

Step 3Stir and let everything melt until smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Let this cool to room temperature.

Step 4When cooled, stir in the marshmallows.

Step 5Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.

Step 6Place in the fridge to cool and set. Cut into 2 inch squares, serve and enjoy.
