When I moved into the neighborhood, one of the ladies up the street became a dear friend. When my daughter was born, Mama Faye always took the time to give her cuddles and talk to her. The holidays always included taking cookies to her Mama Faye. When Faye mentioned loving peanut butter fudge, we brought her our version. That was when she shared her recipe with me. I miss seeing her on her porch, or waiting for my daughter at Halloween in her costume. Since Mama Faye passed away, I haven't had the heart to make peanut butter fudge...

Ingredients
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 18 ounces creamy peanut butter

Step 1Put butter, milk and sugar in heavy saucepan. Stirring constantly bring to boil over med-low heat. Once at full rolling boil, continue 6 min, stirring. (this is soft ball stage on candy thermometer). Remove from heat, add remaining. Pour into two greased 9x9 pans and cool.
