It is a hit with the whole family. I am always asked to make it around the holidays. You can also use any flavor of chips you want. It always turns out great!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 can 5 oz. size evaporated milk
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 2 packages 10 oz. size peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts if desired.

How To Make creamy peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Lightly grease a 13x9 pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    place sugar, butter, milk, and marshmallows in large saucepan. cook on medium until mixture comes to boil. stirring constantly. Boil 5 min. Add peanut butter chips and vanilla. Cook until chips are melted and mixture is well blended. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with peanuts and press lightly into fudge.

    refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into squares. Enjoy
