peanut butter fudge
These are another of our favorite candies to make for Christmas. We used to make this fudge with my grandmother.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound confectioners sugar
How To Make peanut butter fudge

Step 1In a medium pan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, boil and stir 2 minutes.

Step 2Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in confectioners sugar, beat until smooth.

Step 3Spread into buttered 9" baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares
