peanut butter fudge
I have handed over the torch to making fudge to my husband and our daughter. I hate to admit it, but I think theirs is better than mine.

Ingredients
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 10 ounces peanut butter
- 1 pint marshmallow cream
How To Make peanut butter fudge

Step 1Butter 9 X 13 pan and set aside.

Step 2Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan on stove. Using a candy thermometer, cook stirring often until mixture reaches softball stage.

Step 3Remove from stove and quickly stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream.

Step 4Quickly turn out into prepared 9 X 13 pan. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Store in air tight container.
