I have handed over the torch to making fudge to my husband and our daughter. I hate to admit it, but I think theirs is better than mine.

5 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
butter or margarine
1 can(s)
12 oz. evaporated milk
10 oz
peanut butter
1 pt
marshmallow cream

How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 1Butter 9 X 13 pan and set aside.
  • 2Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan on stove. Using a candy thermometer, cook stirring often until mixture reaches softball stage.
  • 3Remove from stove and quickly stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream.
  • 4Quickly turn out into prepared 9 X 13 pan. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Store in air tight container.
