How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge
- Butter 9 X 13 pan and set aside.
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan on stove. Using a candy thermometer, cook stirring often until mixture reaches softball stage.
- Remove from stove and quickly stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream.
- Quickly turn out into prepared 9 X 13 pan. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Store in air tight container.
