This was my dad's favorite fudge. He has now passed. He would kid he needed some to make him better. I think of him every time I make it :-)

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 heaping tsp
    cornstarh
  • dash(es)
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sugar, milk, and cornstarch together and cook to a rolling boil. Once it starts boiling, cook for EXACTLY 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in peanaut butter and vanilla extract. Stir until completely smooth and starts to get thick in pan.
    Pour in buttered 9" pan (8" for thicker fudge). Put in fridge to cool. Cut in squares, put in container and ENJOY!!!
