I love to make my kids after school snacks that are a bit on the healthy side. My kids and all the kids in my family LOVE these...plus the adults have been seen to grab a few as they walk by. These are simply and easy to make and that is one of the reasons I like them so much.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 3/4 cups puffed rice cereal
- REMEMBER- DO NOT GIVE HONEY TO KIDS UNDER AGE 1- CAN USE AGAVE NECTAR INSTEAD OF HONEY
How To Make pb puffs

Step 1Mix Honey (or agave nectuar)and brown sugar in a small saucepan.

Step 2Heat over medium heat, stirring until begins to boil and brown sugar dissolves. (about 2-3 mins)

Step 3Remove from heat.

Step 4Add peanut butter, stir until smooth

Step 5Add puffed rice cereal and stir until evenly coated.

Step 6Set mixture aside until cool enough to handle .(about 5 mins)

Step 7While waiting grease a rimmed cookie sheet.

Step 8Using damp hands scoop about a Tbsp of the mixture and form a ball. Then place on cookie sheet. Repeat until mixture is gone.

Step 9Chill in refrigerator until set. (about 8-10 mins)

Step 10Then enjoy!
