Ingredients
- 3 cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 - 7 oz. jar marshmellow cream
- 1 - 11 oz. package white chocolate chips
- 3 teaspoons orange extract
- 12 - drops of yellow food coloring
- 9 - drops of red food coloring

Step 1GREASE A 9 X 13 PAN.

Step 2IN A MEDIUM SIZE HEAVY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COMBINE SUGAR, CREAM AND BUTTER. HEAT TO SOFT BALL STAGE, 234 DEGREES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN MARSHMELLOW CREAM AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS; MIX UNTIL THE CHIPS HAVE MELTED. RESERVE 1 CUP OF MIXTURE AND SET ASIDE.

Step 3TO THE REMAINING MIXTURE ADD ORANGE EXTRACT AND STIR. ADD YELLOW AND RED COLORINGS, STIR WELL AND POUR INTO PAN. POUR RESERVED MIXTURE OVER TOP. USING A KNIFE SWIRL LAYERS FOR DECORATIVE EFFECT.

Step 4CHILL 2 HOURS AND CUT INTO SQUARES
