Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups pecan pieces, divided
- 12 medium pitted dates, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 medium whole pecan halves or pieces
How To Make no cook date-pecan pralines

Step 1Place 1 cup of pecans, dates, salt ,brown sugar, honey and vanilla extract in a food processor with and process until the mixture sticks together.

Step 2Place the processed pecan mixture into a bowl and mix in the 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans.

Step 3Form into 12 small patties and press one whole pecan half or pieces into each patty. Place on a flat plate covered with wax paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. Serve chilled.
