Mother's Love Fudge
How to Make Mother's Love Fudge
- Melt butter over medium heat and add cocoa, remove from heat
- Add evaporated milk, sugar and karo
- Bring to a boil over medium heat
- Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Hand beat until smooth and mixture begins to make a popping sound and begins to thicken.
- Optional: Mix in chopped pecans, walnuts or peanut butter
- Pour into buttered platter and allow to set.
- Serve and enjoy.
