mom's chocolate fudge frosting
This was the icing that my Mom would always put on her Mayonnaise Cake. Recipe calls for you to boil it for 1 minute for icing, but sometimes we got a treat and Mom would make us a plate of fudge by letting it boil for 4 extra minutes. A real treat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make mom's chocolate fudge frosting

Step 1Mix ingredients well and bring to a rolling boil.

Step 2Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. (If making fudge, boil for 5 minutes)

Step 3Add vanilla.

Step 4Beat until thick enough to spread.
