How cute are these? If you love sweet and salty youll enjoy these little bites. Can mix up a bit with icecreams or candy pieces. I definately like the icecream with chopped nuts, i may even roll with the nuts next time. These are perfect size for my little fingers (kids) Also perfect for those dessert bites tray.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pints vanilla icecream or frozen yogurt
40 - ritz crackers
1/2 cup crushed nuts
- sprinkles or candys for decorating.

How To Make mini sweet n salty nutty ice cream sammies

Step 1

In a bowl stir nuts with icecream. Place tablespoon ice cream on 20 crackers. Top each cracker with remaining crackers and freeze for 30min.

Step 2

Roll each sammy in nonparells or nuts to coat. Serve immediately or wrap individual and freeze for up to week.
