How cute are these? If you love sweet and salty youll enjoy these little bites.
Can mix up a bit with icecreams or candy pieces. I definately like the icecream with chopped nuts, i may even roll with the nuts next time.

1 1/2 ptvanilla icecream or frozen yogurt
-
40ritz crackers
-
1/2 ccrushed nuts
-
·sprinkles or candys for decorating.
How to Make Mini Sweet n Salty Nutty Ice Cream Sammies
- In a bowl stir nuts with icecream.
Place tablespoon ice cream on 20 crackers.
Top each cracker with remaining crackers and freeze for 30min. - Roll each sammy in nonparells or nuts to coat.
Serve immediately or wrap individual and freeze for up to week.
