Step 1Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add almonds, sugar, water and corn syrup Cook on high flame, stirring constantly

Step 2Have some dark brown sugar sitting on the cabinet Cook candy until it is one shade darker than the sugar sitting on cabinet

Step 3Immediately pour and spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper Break chocolate bars on top of hot candy and spread over candy Sprinkle with pecans
