My Mom wants only one thing for every birthday, holiday, family gatherings,....I combed my hair today; whatever reason she can give to get these Bricks. When a certain chocolate company stop making candy, awhile back, my mother requested these. I had just taken a couple of classes in chocolate, and she figured I was a pro, needless to say; I came up with Joshua's Bricks for her. They are really a HIT !

  1. in your mixing bowl put 1/4 cup water and all 3 pks. gelatin. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile......
  2. In a quart pot bring 1/2 cup water, sugar, salt and corn syrup to "roaring boil" for 1 minute.
*Occationally stiring with wisk to stop sugar from sticking.

    * NOT THAT BOWL !!! USE THE METAL or HEAT RESISTANT BOWL ! "SIGH" , thats better !
  4. Start mixing on low speed until frothy, gradually bring up speed to high.
*MIXTURE WILL BE VERY HOT- DO NOT SPLASH ON SKIN !

  6. After 10 min. fluff should look thick and shiny.
  7. Tranfer into prepared pan.

Let stand for 10-24 HOURS. Any less than that, marshmellows will not set.
  8. Coat knife with cooking spray, cut to desired pieces.
Dust each piece with powder sugar.
