Irish Cream Fudge
For those of you who don't know, I do have a great Irish Cream recipe posted here.
2 pkg(12 oz @) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg(12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
2 jar(s)(7 oz @) marshmallow cream
4 1/2 csugar
1 can(s)(12 oz) evaporated milk
2 cchopped nuts (optional)
2/3 cirish cream
How to Make Irish Cream Fudge
- In a large bowl combine chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, Irish Cream and nuts. Put to the side.
- In a sauce pan combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a gentle boil over med heat, cook slowly stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Pay careful attention as you don't want it to burn.
- Pour into the bowl with the marshmallow mixture and stir by hand slowly until all is blended well. Pour into pan which has been rubbed/coated with butter. Chill until set.
