ice cream cone sundae fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 14 ounces can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 dash kosher salt
- 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped or broken sugar ice cream cones
- 3/4 cup white baking chips
- 1/2 cup very well drained chopped maraschino cherries
How To Make ice cream cone sundae fudge

Step 1Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Coat foil with cooking spray. --- Combine chocolates, and milk in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until chocolates are melted and mixture in smooth when stirred. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir in peanuts, sugar cone pieces, white chocolate and cherries until thoroughly blended. Spread in prepared pan. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm.

Step 3Remove fudge from pan -lifting by foil. Peel off foil. Cut into 1-inch pieces or size you choose.
