There are a plethora of different variations, and the recipe is very easy to alter. You can add nuts, coconut, m&ms, etc. you can also switch out the plain milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate, butterscotch etc.

Ingredients

2 12oz bag(s)milk chocolate chips

1 cpeanut butter

1 12 oz bag(s)chow mein noodles
How to Make Haystacks
- Using a double boiler or chocolate melting machine, melt both bags of chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
- Add chow mein noodles. Stir until all noodles are covered.
- Scoop by the spoonful onto a parchment/wax paper lined surface.
- Cool, package, & serve.
