Grandma W never used a candy thermometer, so I was surprised to see it in the directions, but copied it as is.

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
  • 12 oz
    white chocolate
  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 3/4 c
    dry apricots, chopped
  • 3/4 c

How to Make Grandma W's White Chocolate Fantasy Fudge


  1. Combine sugar, sour cream and margarine in pan and bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling 7 min over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, add chocolate to melt then remaining ingredients. Blend well, pour into greased 8-9 inch square pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
