Grandma W never used a candy thermometer, so I was surprised to see it in the directions, but copied it as is.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 3/4 cup dry apricots, chopped
  • 3/4 cup walnuts

How To Make grandma w's white chocolate fantasy fudge

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar, sour cream and margarine in pan and bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling 7 min over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, add chocolate to melt then remaining ingredients. Blend well, pour into greased 8-9 inch square pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
