Just tried this recipe and it was soo easy and good I had to share it. The first one you eat is ok but then the second one gets you hooked. They are addictive!

Ingredients
- 5 ounces gingersnaps (20 store bought sized cookies)
- 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How To Make gingersnap balls

Step 1Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.

Step 2When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.

Step 3Make into small balls

Step 4Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
