Gingersnap Balls

Ingredients

5 ozgingersnaps (20 store bought sized cookies)

3 Tbspdark corn syrup
-
2 Tbspcreamy peanut butter

1/2 cpowdered sugar
How to Make Gingersnap Balls
- Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.
- When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.
- Make into small balls
- Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
