How to Make Gingersnap Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.
  2. When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.
  3. Make into small balls
  4. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
