Just tried this recipe and it was soo easy and good I had to share it. The first one you eat is ok but then the second one gets you hooked. They are addictive!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

5 oz
gingersnaps (20 store bought sized cookies)
3 Tbsp
dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp
creamy peanut butter
1/2 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Gingersnap Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.
  • 2When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.
  • 3Make into small balls
  • 4Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
