An easily made chocolate fudge. Delicious. My dad always requests this for his birthday rather than a cake!

One 9"x13" cake pan
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 8 oz jars marshmallow creme (they've changed recently to a 7 oz jar, which also works)
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make fudge

Step 1Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Boil for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips mostly melted and everything is combined well.

Step 4Pour into buttered 8"x11" cake pan. Let cool (placing it in a fridge or outside helps it cool faster, obviously.)
