One 9"x13" cake pan
butter or margarine
marshmallow creme (they've changed recently to a 7 oz jar, which also works)
1Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
3Add marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips mostly melted and everything is combined well.
4Pour into buttered 8"x11" cake pan. Let cool (placing it in a fridge or outside helps it cool faster, obviously.)
