My mother made Fantasy Fudge every year for Christmas. It is delicious and fairly easy to make. I also make it every year in July for our Christmas in July. I always use unsalted Land of Lakes butter. Always seems to work well and the fudge hardens the way it should.

Ingredients
- 6 cups granulated sugar
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 10 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 jar marshmallow cream (large)
- 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups walnut pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make fantasy fudge

Step 1Put butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a large Dutch oven. Over medium heat, use a candy thermometer and lightly simmer until it reaches 234 degrees F.

Step 2Turn off the heat. Stir in marshmallow cream and chocolate chips. Blend well.

Step 3After chips and marshmallow cream are well blended, stir in walnuts and vanilla extract.
