Very simple & tasty-give it a try! I use 2% milk-just because THAT is what is USUALLY in my refrigerator, but have also used whole milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk (2% or whole milk-both work fine)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

How To Make quick & easy peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    In heavy saucepan; bring to boil; sugar & milk. Boil 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat; ADD vanilla & peanut butter. Stir to mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased pan. THE SIZE OF PAN, DETERMINES THICKNESS OF FUDGE. Cool, cut & enjoy!
