easiest chocolate fudge
(2 RATINGS)
For years I tried to make fudge but it never set up. My cousin used to start laughing the moment I said I wanted some fudge. That was before I found this recipe. It's the easiest fudge recipe I've ever made.

- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts - optional
- 1 tablespoon vanilla - yes really, one tablespoon
How To Make easiest chocolate fudge
-
Step 1Generously butter a nine inch square pan or glass pan. Cut the stick of butter into small pieces and put in medium micro-safe bowl. Add evaporated milk
-
Step 2Sift confectioners sugar and cocoa into the bowl with the butter and milk. Micowave on high for two to three minutes - until you can see the liquid bubbling up through the sugar and cocoa.
-
Step 3Remove from the microwave and stir until mixture is combined. Then beat until it loses the shine. Add nuts and vanilla and beat again until the vanilla is incorporated and the fudge loses the shine again. Quickly pour fudge into buttered pan and spread to the edges.
