Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c
    walnut halves (6oz)
  • 9 oz
    bittersweet chocolate,finely chopped
  • 1 c
    dried sour cherries (4oz), coarsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped crystallized ginger

How to Make DARK CHOCOLATE BARK WITH WALNUTS & DRIED CHERRIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chop.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment. In a glass bowl, heat 2/3 of the chocolate in the microwave on high power in 30 seconds bursts until just melted. Stir in remaining chocolate and stir.
  3. Stir in walnuts, cherries and Ginger until evenly coated.
  4. Scrape all onto prepared baking sheet into a 12x8 rectangle. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
