Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup walnut halves (6oz)
  • 9 ounces bittersweet chocolate,finely chopped
  • 1 cup dried sour cherries (4oz), coarsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger

How To Make dark chocolate bark with walnuts & dried cherries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chop.
  • Step 2
    Line baking sheet with parchment. In a glass bowl, heat 2/3 of the chocolate in the microwave on high power in 30 seconds bursts until just melted. Stir in remaining chocolate and stir.
  • Step 3
    Stir in walnuts, cherries and Ginger until evenly coated.
  • Step 4
    Scrape all onto prepared baking sheet into a 12x8 rectangle. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
