How to Make DARK CHOCOLATE BARK WITH WALNUTS & DRIED CHERRIES
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chop.
- Line baking sheet with parchment. In a glass bowl, heat 2/3 of the chocolate in the microwave on high power in 30 seconds bursts until just melted. Stir in remaining chocolate and stir.
- Stir in walnuts, cherries and Ginger until evenly coated.
- Scrape all onto prepared baking sheet into a 12x8 rectangle. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
