Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup walnut halves (6oz)
- 9 ounces bittersweet chocolate,finely chopped
- 1 cup dried sour cherries (4oz), coarsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
How To Make dark chocolate bark with walnuts & dried cherries

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chop.

Step 2Line baking sheet with parchment. In a glass bowl, heat 2/3 of the chocolate in the microwave on high power in 30 seconds bursts until just melted. Stir in remaining chocolate and stir.

Step 3Stir in walnuts, cherries and Ginger until evenly coated.

Step 4Scrape all onto prepared baking sheet into a 12x8 rectangle. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
