1-1/2 c
walnut halves (6oz)
9 oz
bittersweet chocolate,finely chopped
1 c
dried sour cherries (4oz), coarsley chopped
2 Tbsp
finely chopped crystallized ginger

How to Make DARK CHOCOLATE BARK WITH WALNUTS & DRIED CHERRIES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chop.
  • 2Line baking sheet with parchment. In a glass bowl, heat 2/3 of the chocolate in the microwave on high power in 30 seconds bursts until just melted. Stir in remaining chocolate and stir.
  • 3Stir in walnuts, cherries and Ginger until evenly coated.
  • 4Scrape all onto prepared baking sheet into a 12x8 rectangle. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
