Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup walnut halves
- 1 cup whole almonds
How To Make coffee-glazed nuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with foil.

Step 2Combine water and coffee granules in medium saucepan; stir until dissolved.

Step 3Stir in sugar, honey and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

Step 4Remove from heat; stir in nuts until completely coated.

Step 5Spread in single layer over prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes; stir. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, stirring halfway through bake time.

Step 6Cool completely on baking sheet.

Step 7Break into pieces; store in an airtight container. Can be made up to one week in advance.
