How to Make Cocoa Fudge
- Combine all ingredients in medium size pan.
- Bring to boil continue cooking till soft ball stage. 234 degree soft ball stage.
- Stirring ocassionaly to keep from burning.
- Remove from heat add butter,vanilla and pecans.
- Do not stir for 3-5 minutes
- Stir and pour in buttered pan
- cool then cut in squares
