Made by Mary Ann D'Antonio for the May Curious Cuisiners meeting. Mary Ann says she makes these every Easter and calls these Church Windows.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 12 ounces chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 package pastel colored marshmallows
How To Make church windows

Step 1Melt butter and chocolate chips.

Step 2Stir in walnuts. Let cool slightly.

Step 3Stir in marshmallows (Kraft has "fun" marshmallows or Market Basket brand can be used)

Step 4Lay out 2 pieces of wax paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Divide mixture evenly on each piece of wax paper forming a log.

Step 5Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Wrap wax paper around each and twist ends. Refrigerate until set and slice.
