  • 12 ounces white chocolate or chips
  • 8 - unwrapped candy cane

How To Make christmas peppermint bark

  • Step 1
Line a medium sized cookie sheet with aluminum foil, smooth. Using a non- stick pan melt the dark chocolate first, pour on to the cookie sheet and refrigerate. Crush the candy canes in a plastic baggie with a rolling pin. Melt the white chocolate next, mixing in the candy cane. Reserve some for the tops of the bark. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the set dark chocolate and return to the refrigerator. When the white is almost set, sprinkle with the remaining candy cane and allow to cool completely. When it has hardened completely, break it up and enjoy! :) Then, melt the white chocolate and mix in the candy cane, reserve some for the tops of the bark. Return the tray to the refrigerator until the chocolate starts to set, sprinkle with the reserved candy cane and lightly press it in,cool completely, about thirty minutes. Break it up and enjoy!! :)
