chocolate pecan fudge
This is the recipe I use every year for fudge. I don't know where I got it from.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces marshmallows
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 41/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
How To Make chocolate pecan fudge

Step 1Bring to a boil sugar and milk, let boil for 12 minutes. You need to watch, it will boil over.

Step 2Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3Pour sugar and milk over the mixture in large bowl and mix very well.

Step 4Pour into a 9x13 buttered pan and chill over night.
