This fudge recipe has been in my family for years. I remember my Mom making this when I was a kid.

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    small marshmallows
  • 3-1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1-1/2 pkg
    butter
  • 2 c
    nuts (pecans)
  • TO BE COOKED

  • 4-1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • ·
    dash of salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and butter (cut butter into cubes).
  2. In a sauce pan combine sugar & evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes and add dash of salt and vanilla.
  3. Pour hot mixture over Step 1 ingredients and stir until mixed well. Continue to stir until cooled.
  4. Place in a greased 9x13 pan; cover with was paper and refrigerate.
