chocolate marshmallow fudge
This fudge recipe has been in my family for years. I remember my Mom making this when I was a kid.

Ingredients
- 4 cups small marshmallows
- 3-1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 package butter
- 2 cups nuts (pecans)
- TO BE COOKED
- 4-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- - dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate marshmallow fudge

Step 1In a large mixing bowl combine marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and butter (cut butter into cubes).

Step 2In a sauce pan combine sugar & evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes and add dash of salt and vanilla.

Step 3Pour hot mixture over Step 1 ingredients and stir until mixed well. Continue to stir until cooled.

Step 4Place in a greased 9x13 pan; cover with was paper and refrigerate.
