Ingredients
- 120 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 20 grams butter, unsalted
- 50 grams chccolate cornflakes
- 18 mini chocolate eggs
How To Make chocolate easter egg nest cakes

Step 1Line a 6-hole muffin mould with paper cases.

Step 2Place dark chocolate, golden syrup, and butter into mixing bowl.

Step 3Press control knob and melt 3 mins/60°C/speed 2.

Step 4Pour the chocolate glaze into the bowl and gently stir in the chocolate cornflakes.

Step 5Divide the mixture between the paper cases and slight press the centre of each nest.

Step 6Chill in the fridge for 1 hr and place chocolate eggs on each nest before serving.
